Resort planning projects have been located in both North and South America and Asia, and include all season mountain resorts, golf communities, wilderness adventure/ eco-tourism destinations, waterfront and marine resorts, and spa retreats. Architectural projects have included residential, hotel, commercial, restaurant and recreation amenities. Our resort design and development skills are supplemented by our activities in 'mainstream' architecture and planning projects that require careful attention to budget constraints, technological innovations in materials and construction methods, and current planning issues.
